Join ASFIL as a Health Safety Security and Environmental (HSSE) Engineer and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operations and workforce. In this contract position based in Pasig City, you'll be instrumental in developing and implementing robust HSSE frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of safety excellence. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct comprehensive risk assessments, manage environmental initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs aligned with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures
- Coordinate emergency response planning, drills, and employee training programs for safety and environmental protocols
- Manage environmental compliance initiatives including waste management, emissions monitoring, and sustainability reporting
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws, environmental regulations, and industry-specific safety standards
- Maintain accurate HSSE documentation, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certification in HSSE (e.g., CSP, CHST, or ISO 14001 Lead Auditor) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex safety data and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for training employees and presenting HSSE reports to management
- Experience with environmental management systems and sustainability initiatives
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to multiple sites when required
