Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls regarding healthcare account inquiries, billing questions, and insurance verification
- Provide accurate medical account information including coverage details, claim status, and payment processing
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in CRM systems with precision and confidentiality
- Resolve complex account issues through collaboration with healthcare providers and insurance partners
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data protection protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining empathy during sensitive healthcare discussions
- Continuously update knowledge on healthcare policies, insurance procedures, and medical terminology
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Allied Health Sciences
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino with clear articulation of medical concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in account documentation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced call center environment
- Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
- Must pass pre-employment background and medical clearance
