Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and correspondence regarding healthcare accounts and patient inquiries.
- Perform accurate data entry and medical billing processes according to company standards.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility to ensure seamless billing cycles.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in patient records and documentation.
- Resolve account-related disputes or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and data privacy protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course (Healthcare-related fields are a plus, but not required).
- At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboarding.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule including weekends or holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance metrics.
