Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and correspondence regarding healthcare accounts and patient inquiries.
  • Perform accurate data entry and medical billing processes according to company standards.
  • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility to ensure seamless billing cycles.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in patient records and documentation.
  • Resolve account-related disputes or discrepancies with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and data privacy protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Preferably a graduate of any 4-year course (Healthcare-related fields are a plus, but not required).
  • At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and keyboarding.
  • Ability to work in a shifting schedule including weekends or holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily performance metrics.
