Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve international healthcare accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and patient balances through multiple communication channels
- Analyze aging reports and prioritize collection activities based on urgency and value
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities in RCM systems
- Meet monthly collection targets while maintaining high-quality patient communication standards
- Stay updated on international healthcare billing regulations and payer requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 12 months of experience in Healthcare AR Collections within a BPO environment
- Proven knowledge of international healthcare revenue cycle management processes
- Strong proficiency in insurance claim follow-up and patient account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
- Familiarity with RCM software and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented approach with problem-solving abilities for billing discrepancies
- Preferable background in healthcare administration or medical billing
