Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism to assist patients with inquiries regarding medical services and procedures.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and updating electronic health records (EHR) accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about insurance plans, billing inquiries, and healthcare products to ensure customer clarity.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex medical cases to the appropriate medical staff when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company services and stay updated on healthcare industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not strictly required.
