- Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy and professionalism to assist patients with inquiries regarding medical services and procedures.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and updating electronic health records (EHR) accurately.
- Provide detailed information about insurance plans, billing inquiries, and healthcare products to ensure customer clarity.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex medical cases to the appropriate medical staff when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding company services and stay updated on healthcare industry trends.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
