Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for healthcare BPO operations
- Train team members on hospital billing processes and Revenue Cycle Management using EPIC systems
- Create engaging training materials including presentations, handouts, and interactive exercises
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training methodologies
- Monitor and assess trainee progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare billing regulations and industry best practices
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to trainees after initial training completion
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Trainer in a BPO setup
- Proven experience in hospital billing and Revenue Cycle Management
- Familiarity with EPIC systems or similar healthcare software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing processes and regulations
- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials
- Experience in evaluating training effectiveness and making improvements
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
