Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end medical billing and collections processes to ensure timely reimbursement.
- Analyze denied claims and implement corrective actions to minimize revenue loss.
- Communicate professionally with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and patients to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all collection efforts and account statuses.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient data confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve billing accuracy and claim success rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare collections, medical billing, or revenue cycle management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard billing software.
- Deep understanding of medical terminology, insurance payers, and billing codes (ICD-10/CPT).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
