Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls from patients and family members, providing accurate information on healthcare services, appointments, and procedures.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using the clinic's centralized scheduling system.
  • Address patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Assist patients with billing inquiries and payment processes where required.
  • Update and maintain comprehensive patient records and call logs in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff and departments to ensure seamless patient care coordination.
  • Adhere strictly to patient confidentiality (PDPA) and data protection regulations.
  • Achieve performance targets related to call quality, average handling time, and customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level / NITEC qualification. Diploma holders are welcome.
  • Prior experience in a Call Centre, Hospitality, or Customer Service role is an advantage, but not mandatory as full training is provided.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English. Proficiency in a second language or dialect (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new CRM systems and navigate multiple screens.
  • Willing and able to commit to a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
