- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely support to patients and healthcare professionals regarding medical inquiries, product information, and treatment plans.
- Manage and resolve customer service tickets and inquiries specific to Life Science accounts with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assist in the processing of claims, renewals, or support requests within the healthcare domain.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and medical data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical teams and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest industry regulations, medical protocols, and product knowledge to provide informed and compliant support.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the continuous enhancement of service processes.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (Nursing, Biology, Medical Technology, or Pharmacy is a significant advantage).
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or Life Science customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and basic computer applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive patient information with strict confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rotational shifts if required.
