Tanggung Jawab
- Manage inbound and outbound patient inquiries regarding medical services, insurance claims, and health programs with a high degree of empathy and accuracy.
- Assist in the verification and processing of healthcare claims, ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory standards.
- Update patient records and case management systems with precise information to maintain data integrity.
- Collaborate effectively with internal medical teams and back-office departments to resolve complex patient issues.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of medical policies and procedures to patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Adhere to strict data privacy laws and HIPAA compliance guidelines to protect sensitive patient information.
- Identify trends in patient inquiries and provide feedback to supervisors to help improve service quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or Life Science industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, insurance processes, and healthcare regulations is highly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office applications and CRM software.
- Ability to type at least 30-40 words per minute for efficient data entry.
- High level of customer focus with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven call center environment.
