Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming patient calls, emails, and face-to-face inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.

- Handle patient complaints and escalations using conflict resolution and active listening skills.
- Coordinate with medical staff and departments to address patient needs and queries promptly.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels in Customer Service, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
