Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels in Customer Service, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
