Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to inbound customer calls and digital inquiries regarding healthcare services, providing accurate and compassionate assistance.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate medical or supervisory staff when needed.
  • Educate customers on available healthcare programs, appointment scheduling, and benefit information.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company policies, medical terminology, and industry updates through continuous training.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes, contribute to quality assurance, and support performance goals.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center or healthcare environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in Filipino is an advantage.
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or help‑desk software.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the San Lazaro account.
  • Valid NBI clearance or the ability to obtain one prior to hiring.
