Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality support to patients by utilizing clinical knowledge to address healthcare inquiries.
- Analyze and document patient records accurately to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Navigate multiple healthcare databases to provide real-time updates and status reports.
- Educate patients on care plans, treatment options, and insurance benefits as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex patient advocacy and billing issues.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations in all interactions.
- Deliver exceptional service that reflects the professional standards of Sagility and our healthcare partners.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in an Allied Science field (Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, etc.).
- Minimum of 2 years of proven, direct patient care experience.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in computer systems, data entry, and multi-tasking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven call center environment.
- Strong empathy, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
