Tanggung Jawab
- Handle customer inquiries and support via chat and voice channels for Shaw services
- Resolve technical issues, billing concerns, and service disruptions efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy
- Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Adhere to company protocols and Shaw's service standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (college students welcome)
- No BPO experience required – fresh graduates encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Basic computer proficiency with ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset with patience and empathy
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background and drug screening
