Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls and correspondence from patients regarding medical bills, insurance coverage, and payment options.
- Provide accurate information on account balances, payment history, and claim statuses.
- Document patient interactions thoroughly in the company's CRM and billing systems.
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist patients with setting up payment plans and processing payments securely.
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism while managing sensitive patient information (HIPAA compliance).
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, and patient satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service (BPO or Healthcare voice process preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in BGC, Taguig, and amenable to a shifting schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Candidates with healthcare/medical background (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy) are highly encouraged to apply but not required.
