Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from patients and healthcare providers with high accuracy.
  • Provide detailed information regarding healthcare services, insurance verification, and appointment scheduling.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the company CRM.
  • Resolve patient concerns and issues promptly while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal healthcare teams to ensure seamless service delivery and communication.
  • Meet and exceed daily key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on healthcare policies and internal protocols to provide compliant and helpful support.

Kualifikasi

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed when handling sensitive or high-pressure situations.
  • A compassionate mindset with a genuine desire to assist individuals in a healthcare context.
  • Availability to work in a full-time capacity with a flexible schedule.
  • Completion of at least 2 years of college education or equivalent vocational training.
