Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and schedule medical appointments, ensuring minimal wait times and optimal provider utilization.
  • Accurately update and maintain patient electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Resolve patient inquiries regarding billing, insurance coverage, and general healthcare services.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate medical or administrative departments for swift resolution.
  • Provide clear and concise communication to patients regarding medical protocols and office policies.
  • Adhere to strict HIPAA/Data Privacy guidelines in all patient interactions and documentation.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a healthcare or BPO environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency in computer navigation and typing, with experience in CRM or EHR software.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic approach to patient interactions and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Minimum completion of 2 years in college or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Central Visayas.
  • Willingness to work in shifting schedules including weekends or holidays as required by operations.
