Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from healthcare members and providers via phone, email, and chat.
- Verify patient information, insurance eligibility, and coverage details with high attention to detail.
- Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic explanations of healthcare services and benefit structures.
- Document all interactions accurately in our internal CRM systems to ensure high-quality service tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex patient queries and escalated issues promptly.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations while handling sensitive information.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality performance metrics as defined by the account standards.
Kualifikasi
- Open to high school graduates (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduates (K-12).
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer literacy and navigation skills across multiple windows and applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and target-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to helping customers.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work onsite at our Felcris Centrale, Davao City office.
- A compassionate mindset and a genuine desire to assist individuals in the healthcare field.
