We're seeking a dedicated Healthcare Helpdesk Specialist to provide critical technical support to healthcare professionals in our Manila office. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for healthcare IT systems, applications, and medical devices
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and implement solutions for healthcare professionals
- Document and resolve helpdesk tickets using ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Conduct remote and onsite system installations, configurations, and upgrades
- Collaborate with clinical and IT teams to maintain HIPAA-compliant systems
- Develop knowledge base articles and training materials for healthcare staff
- Monitor system performance and escalate critical incidents to senior engineers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of helpdesk/technical support experience in healthcare sector
- Active NBI clearance (non-negotiable requirement)
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and healthcare-specific software (e.g., EHR systems)
- Strong diagnostic skills for network connectivity, hardware, and application issues
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical healthcare staff
- Knowledge of healthcare IT standards (HIPAA, HITRCS) preferred
