Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor Team Leads to maximize individual and team performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end hospital billing operations to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards.
- Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operational goals with company objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
- Resolve complex billing issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably within the BPO or Healthcare sector.
- Strong background in Hospital Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, or Medical Coding is required.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and leading a team of supervisors or team leads.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
