As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our healthcare supply chain. This involves rigorous monitoring of operational processes to ensure they meet stringent local and international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and develop strategic plans to enhance the healthcare logistics network.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international regulatory standards, including ISO, HACCP, and GMP requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify non-conformities and operational gaps.
- Drive the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to resolve quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain comprehensive documentation for the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure FedEx remains compliant and competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, or Auditing within the logistics or healthcare sector.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and FDA regulations is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of conducting internal audits and preparing compliance reports.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify root causes of issues.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
