In this critical role, you will be the bridge between raw Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data and executive decision-making.
You will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle analytics, identifying revenue leakage, optimizing billing processes, and presenting data-driven insights that provide a significant competitive advantage. As a key member of our analytics team, you will leverage industry-leading tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx to automate workflows and visualize financial performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate complex reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to monitor RCM key performance indicators.
- Utilize Alteryx to streamline data preparation, blending, and transformation from multiple disparate healthcare billing systems.
- Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle processes to identify bottlenecks, revenue leakage, and areas for process improvement.
- Translate technical findings into clear, impactful presentations for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct deep-dive variance analysis on financial performance, insurance denials, and collection rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all financial reporting and analytics outputs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the Healthcare RCM or Medical Billing domain.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Expert-level skills in data preparation and automation using Alteryx.
- Strong SQL proficiency for complex database querying and manipulation.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex insights to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy standards is highly preferred.
