Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 10-15 billing and collections specialists to achieve performance goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle for behavioral health accounts, including claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, accuracy, and average handling time to ensure service level agreements are met or exceeded.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement performance improvement plans as needed.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve complex billing issues and streamline processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA regulations, payer guidelines, and client-specific requirements.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Facilitate team training sessions on new healthcare policies, coding updates, or process changes.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or equivalent role in a BPO or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT), and revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or substance abuse billing is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to drive performance and improve key metrics in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with EHR/EMR systems.
- Amenable to working in Ortigas, Pasig City, with a night shift or shifting schedule.
- College graduate in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
