- Lead and manage end-to-end healthcare transformation projects within the clinic network, from ideation to execution and scaling.
- Develop and implement innovative care delivery models that improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with clinical, digital, and business teams to design and integrate advanced health technologies, including telemedicine, EHR optimization, and AI-driven diagnostics.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of current clinical processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for strategic improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, and partners.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the success of transformation initiatives and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by mentoring teams and championing change management practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Medicine, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA, MPH, MHA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or business transformation, preferably within a clinic, hospital, insurance, or health-tech setting.
- Proven track record of leading successful large-scale transformation projects in a healthcare environment.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare industry, regulatory environment, and patient care dynamics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate strategy into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience with digital health solutions, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a strong advantage.
