Tanggung Jawab
- Operate heat forming machinery and equipment to bend, shape, and form metal parts according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Monitor production processes continuously to ensure output quality meets company standards and customer requirements.
- Perform routine inspections and quality control checks on finished products to identify and rectify defects.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues during production runs.
- Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency.
- Document production data, including output logs and any deviations from standard procedures.
Kualifikasi
- SPM or Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as an operator in a manufacturing or metalworking environment.
- Basic knowledge of reading technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Strong manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials (up to 10kg) when necessary.
- Excellent understanding of workplace safety standards and PPE usage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to a fast-paced production schedule.
