Barnes Aerospace is seeking a dedicated Heat Treat Operator to join our dynamic team in Loyang, East Region. In this critical role, you will be responsible for operating state-of-the-art aerospace heat-treatment furnaces, ensuring that OEM aircraft components meet the highest industry standards of durability and performance. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial heat-treatment furnaces and related equipment to process aerospace components according to specifications.
- Inspect finished parts for dimensional accuracy and visual defects before and after heat treatment cycles.
- Maintain detailed logs of heat treatment parameters, cycle times, and material lot numbers to ensure traceability.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations, including proper handling of hot materials and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to resolve any process deviations or non-conformities.
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on furnace equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and AS9100 quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or GED certificate.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace heat-treatment environment is highly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of material properties.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced production facility.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and documentation.
