Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and major repairs on a fleet of heavy-duty commercial trucks.
- Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using modern diagnostic equipment.
- Overhaul and repair engines, transmissions, braking systems, and suspension components.
- Maintain detailed service logs and documentation for all completed repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all repairs meet strict safety standards and regulatory requirements for commercial vehicles.
- Collaborate with the logistics and operations team to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize fleet availability.
- Assist in the procurement of spare parts and manage inventory levels for common maintenance components.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy commercial vehicle or truck maintenance.
- Recognized technical certification (SKM, Diploma, or equivalent) in Automotive Engineering or Heavy Machinery.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engine systems, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and heavy-duty drivetrain components.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, schematic diagrams, and diagnostic software.
- Possession of a valid GDL or heavy vehicle driving license is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail and workplace safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
