Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and major repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures efficiently.
- Inspect components for wear and tear and replace parts as needed to ensure longevity.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records for all machinery.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the site management to schedule repairs and prevent future breakdowns.
- Perform minor fabrications and welding tasks as required by project needs.
Kualifikasi
- Associate degree or vocational certificate in Diesel Mechanics or Heavy Equipment Technology.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in maintaining heavy machinery in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Physical stamina to work in outdoor and sometimes harsh environments.
