Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, dump trucks, and loaders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using diagnostic tools and manuals.
- Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift checks to ensure equipment safety and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all repairs, parts used, and service history.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, company policies, and environmental regulations while working.
- Order and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability for urgent repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience working as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic in the mining or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, schematics, and service manuals.
- Valid Indonesian Driver’s License (SIM A) is required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team under tight deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to perform field work in various weather conditions.
