Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostic checks on heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and dump trucks.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
- Overhaul and repair engines, transmissions, and steering systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure all safety equipment and operational standards are met.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate repair schedules and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety policies and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
- Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and power transmission systems.
- Valid Driver’s License (SIM A and SIM B preferred).
- Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and technical aptitude.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
