Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on heavy machinery, including excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
- Execute complex repairs and overhauls on hydraulic systems, engines, and electrical components.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment uptime.
- Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and service reports accurately in the management system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address urgent field equipment failures promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations.
- Stay updated on manufacturer service manuals and technical bulletins to maintain high repair standards.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Vocational Certificate, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or related technical qualification.
- At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and diesel engine mechanics.
- Proven ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic software.
- Valid driverās license (GDL/E license is an added advantage).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
- Flexibility to work in field environments and adapt to changing site requirements.
