We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced MEP Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Jakarta Raya.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. You will ensure that all on-site activities comply with international quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily MEP installation activities on-site, ensuring strict adherence to approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify defects and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with Bureau Veritas safety standards (K3) and local Indonesian building codes.
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, engineering teams, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project workflows.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including site conditions, material usage, and labor status.
- Maintain comprehensive site documentation, including punch lists, inspection logs, and as-built records.
- Manage the coordination of material delivery and ensure storage on-site is organized and secure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, or a related field (S1 Teknik).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an MEP Site Supervisor in construction projects.
- Valid Indonesian Contract Worker status (PPTK/BKSP/TKI) or local citizenship (WNI).
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct site teams effectively.
- Good command of written and spoken English (Additional advantage).
