Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial machinery? Capital Industries, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Heavy Equipment Sales Specialist to join our expanding team in Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our Material Handling Equipment (MHE) solutions, helping clients optimize their logistics and industrial operations.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships, and closing high-impact deals within the Central Visayas region. If you possess a consultative sales approach and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional presentations of MHE solutions tailored to client operational needs.
- Execute full-cycle sales processes, from initial inquiry to final contract negotiation.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and project status in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate specifications and quotes.
- Foster long-term relationships with existing accounts to drive repeat business and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, heavy equipment, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) or related industrial sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel within the Central Visayas region as required.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a goal-oriented approach to sales.
