We are a premier provider of Material Handling Equipment (MHE), and we are looking for a professional who can drive our sales growth and build lasting partnerships with our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our brand, managing the end-to-end sales process to deliver tailored solutions that empower our clients' operations.
As a key member of our sales team, you will identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and present our heavy machinery solutions to potential buyers. You will be responsible for negotiating deals, closing contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. We value individuals who are self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a deep understanding of the heavy equipment industry.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to generate and qualify high-quality leads.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to prospective clients, highlighting technical specifications and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to secure profitable deals while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure client needs are met post-sale.
- Track and report on sales activities, forecasting, and performance against monthly targets.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to network and promote Capital Industries' brand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in heavy equipment sales or material handling machinery sales.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the region.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical or technical aspects of heavy machinery.
