Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations of MHE solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules to secure favorable agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and project delivery.
- Provide expert technical advice and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the construction, logistics, or heavy equipment industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry trade shows within the region.
- Strong understanding of material handling equipment and construction machinery specifications.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
