As a Heavy Equipment Salesperson, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions for their heavy equipment requirements. Your expertise in harvesting units, construction machinery, and related products will be instrumental in driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a monthly salary of ₱20,000 – ₱25,000, plus performance incentives and opportunities for professional development. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction, agricultural, and industrial sectors
- Promote and sell heavy equipment, including harvesting units, construction machinery, and related products
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to potential customers
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contract agreements
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities and performance
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in selling heavy equipment, construction machinery, or agricultural machinery
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment specifications, applications, and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
