Cybalink Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Heavy Lift Study Engineer to join our growing team in Pasig City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for planning and executing safe, efficient, and complex heavy lift operations across our diverse portfolio. We are looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between theoretical engineering and practical field applications to ensure the success of our mining, resources, and energy projects.
As a Heavy Lift Study Engineer, you will lead the technical assessment of lifting activities, ensuring strict compliance with all safety regulations and engineering standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough engineering calculations and detailed lift studies for complex loads.
- Develop comprehensive rigging plans, lifting diagrams, and load charts.
- Perform detailed crane analysis and capacity assessments to ensure safe lifting operations.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to integrate lifting strategies into project workflows.
- Identify potential hazards and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Inspect and verify the integrity of lifting equipment, rigging hardware, and slings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation and operational reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
- Certification in Rigger or Crane Operator qualifications (e.g., NCCCO, CCO).
- Proven experience in heavy lifting engineering, rigging, or crane operations.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, or similar CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of local safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is a significant plus.
