- Conduct heavy lift engineering studies and risk assessments for complex lifting operations
- Develop and maintain ISO-compliant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Perform internal quality audits to ensure regulatory compliance
- Translate technical engineering specifications into clear documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize lifting methodologies
- Analyze engineering data to improve operational efficiency and safety
- Implement corrective actions based on audit findings and process reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in heavy lift operations or quality engineering
- ISO compliance and quality management system certification (ISO 9001)
- Advanced technical writing skills with SOP development experience
- Proficiency in engineering analysis software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
- Strong knowledge of lifting standards (ASME B30, OSHA regulations)
- Auditing experience with ability to identify process improvements
