Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults in heavy machinery using diagnostic tools and manual inspection
- Perform routine maintenance, lubrication, and calibration of construction equipment
- Disassemble, repair, and replace defective components including engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems
- Conduct pre/post-repair testing to ensure equipment meets performance and safety specifications
- Document maintenance activities, repair reports, and parts inventory using digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols during all repair procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in heavy machinery repair or maintenance
- Technical certification in automotive/mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and heavy equipment diagnostics
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, pressure gauges, scan tools)
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Valid driver's license and mechanical aptitude test certification preferred
- Physical ability to work in outdoor conditions and lift up to 25kg
