Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections, maintenance, and repairs on heavy trucks and commercial vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools and manual testing
- Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes, filter replacements, and system calibration
- Document all maintenance activities and repair procedures in digital and physical logs
- Collaborate with logistics team to minimize vehicle downtime and optimize maintenance schedules
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair operations
- Order and manage inventory of replacement parts and maintenance supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational certificate in automotive technology or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with heavy truck maintenance
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in diagnostic equipment (OBD scanners, multimeters) and hand tools
- Strong understanding of diesel engine systems, transmissions, and braking systems
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physical stamina to work in various conditions and lift heavy components
- Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation
