Feida ReadyMix is currently seeking a highly skilled and reliable Heavy Truck Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Trece Martires City, Cavite. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our fleet of ready-mix concrete trucks and heavy machinery remains in top operating condition. As part of our transport and logistics operations, you will be responsible for performing routine preventative maintenance, executing complex engine repairs, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems. We value candidates who are proactive, willing to start immediately, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment to minimize vehicle downtime.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance, including oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication on heavy-duty truck fleets.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy trucks and construction equipment.
- Repair or replace damaged engine parts, braking systems, transmission components, and suspension systems.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections and test drives to ensure vehicle compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance tasks and repair logs performed on fleet vehicles.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to prioritize urgent repairs and minimize vehicle downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling of tools and hazardous fluids.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Heavy Truck Mechanic or similar role in the transport, logistics, or construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, heavy-duty transmissions, and hydraulic braking systems.
- Proficiency in using mechanical diagnostic tools and workshop equipment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for mechanical detail.
- Willingness to work full-time and start immediately.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in an outdoor or workshop environment.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics is preferred.
