Tanggung Jawab
- Operate Heidelberg and KBA offset printing presses with high precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust ink, water, and pressure settings to ensure optimal print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting of printing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks on printed materials to ensure they meet client specifications and company standards.
- Manage paper handling, loading, and storage efficiently to prevent waste and damage.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Report any mechanical issues or material defects to the maintenance supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience operating Heidelberg or KBA offset printing presses is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or vocational certification in Printing Technology/Mechatronics.
- Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to perform precise color matching.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
- Basic knowledge of printing press mechanics, safety procedures, and preventive maintenance.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team structure.
