In this role, you will play a critical part in our daily operations, providing essential support to our Heidelberg Machine Operators to ensure the seamless production of high-quality materials.

As a key member of our floor team, you will assist in equipment setup, routine maintenance, and quality inspections, ensuring that our production goals are met safely and efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Heidelberg Machine Operator in daily production setup and changeovers.
- Monitor machine performance to identify and report any malfunctions or irregularities immediately.
- Prepare raw materials and ensure the workstation is organized and stocked for continuous production flow.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning rollers and clearing debris from machinery.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet our strict company standards.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and ensure all protocols are followed during the shift.
- Maintain clear communication with production leads to ensure schedules are met.
- Support general facility housekeeping and material handling tasks as required.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational training certification preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial machine-operating environment is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise technical instructions.
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety procedures and equipment handling.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work shifting schedules.
- Basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
