Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, and chat channels
- Handle escalations with professionalism and empathy to maintain customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot hardware/software problems using diagnostic tools and remote access
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and recurring issues in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams to resolve complex technical challenges
- Adhere to SLAs while maintaining high-quality service standards
- Provide clear technical guidance to non-technical users
- Identify trends in customer issues to contribute to process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 months of BPO or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college graduates preferred)
- Strong communication skills with clear articulation in English and Filipino
- Basic technical knowledge of operating systems and common software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule
