Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, document, and prioritize helpdesk tickets from hotel staff and external vendors
- Provide first-line technical support for IT systems, equipment, and facility-related inquiries
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve service requests within SLA timelines
- Maintain accurate ticket records using helpdesk software and communication logs
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or department managers as needed
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and service improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or helpdesk experience in hospitality industry
- Proficiency in ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and PMS systems
- Customer-focused attitude with patience under pressure
