As a Helpdesk Engineer, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, ensuring high levels of service satisfaction and efficient incident resolution. You will be instrumental in maintaining the stability and reliability of our clients' IT infrastructure, providing remote and on-site support to a diverse user base. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Perform system configuration, user account management, and access provisioning.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of troubleshooting steps and common issue resolutions.
- Support the deployment and maintenance of IT equipment and software updates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk or Desktop Support role.
- Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies (Certification is a plus).
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows/Mac OS, Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, VPN, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a contract-based environment.
