Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Diagnose and resolve user problems via phone, email, and remote assistance
  • Document and track all incidents using helpdesk management systems
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control systems
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior support staff
  • Contribute to knowledge base articles and user documentation
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications
  • Excellent communication skills with customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Experience with ITIL practices and service management tools
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
