Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in helpdesk, customer support, or technical support roles
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding of digital advertising concepts and metrics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
