Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect inbound shipments to verify quantities and condition against purchase orders.
- Sort, label, and organize incoming stock in the correct storage locations.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of goods for distribution or further processing.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory management as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding stock discrepancies or urgent orders.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy boxes.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock management.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
