PERSOL is currently seeking a dedicated Helper Operator to join our team for a temporary project at a leading Oil and Gas facility located in the Tanjung Langsat Port industrial area. This is a contract role with a duration of 3 months, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a high-energy industrial environment. As a Helper Operator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations team, ensuring smooth workflows, and maintaining high safety standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead operators in the daily running of production machinery and equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or irregularities immediately.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle and transport raw materials and finished goods safely using appropriate equipment.
- Adhere strictly to all site safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate effectively with the operations team to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Complete daily logbooks and operational reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or oil and gas setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of machinery operations and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor industrial environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required by project demands.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude towards safety.
